Dr. Arlenis Barroso Perez is the COO and co-founder of PassQual Health, board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), and a Primary Care Provider with a proven record across the hospital and healthcare industry. She delivers holistic, evidence-based primary care with a focus on disease prevention and health promotion, bringing strong organizational and interpersonal skills to every patient relationship.
She believes every patient and family is unique, and builds trust as the foundation for exceptional care — designing individualized plans built around the best possible outcome. She is especially passionate about holistic care, aesthetic medicine, women’s health, and innovation, and sees patients in both English and Spanish.
Dr. Barroso Perez leads PassQual Health's physician-supervised medical weight loss program — $300 per month, including the consultation and GLP-1 medication (semaglutide), with regular follow-up built in.
