Concierge medicine has always promised faster access and more time with your physician — usually for $150 to $200 a month or more, aimed at a boutique clientele. PassQual Membership brings that same idea to Miami Gardens at a price built for a working family, in English and in Spanish.
It also goes further than a single wellness add-on. Instead of one isolated perk, membership bundles the visits, the priority scheduling, and the bilingual care coordination our patients already ask for most — organized into three tiers, so you pay only for the level of access you actually want.
Core Care — $79/month
Core Care includes unlimited primary and preventive care visits — in-office, by telehealth, or through secure messaging — plus one comprehensive annual physical and same-day or next-day priority scheduling. Every visit is backed by a bilingual English/Spanish care team and care coordination.
Members also get member pricing, never billed to insurance, on preventive and diagnostic laboratory panels, X-rays when clinically indicated, and medications dispensed at PassQual Pharmacy.
Plus Care — $119/month
Plus Care includes everything in Core Care, plus one annual hormone and wellness panel, one IV therapy session every quarter, and extended-hours access.
At member pricing, Plus Care also adds ultrasound when clinically indicated and expanded medication access at PassQual Pharmacy.
Elite Valet Care — $159/month
Elite Valet Care includes everything in Plus Care, plus one home visit a year — bringing a provider, an exam, laboratory work, basic radiology or ultrasound, an EKG, and medicines directly to your home — one IV plus NAD+ session every quarter, up to three maintenance medications included, and a dedicated concierge line with priority access.
At member pricing, Elite Valet Care also includes advanced imaging when your care calls for it.
This is a membership, not insurance
PassQual Membership is a medical membership — not health insurance — and does not replace it. Insured members are billed normally for covered care; membership covers non-covered access and wellness and does not waive copays or deductibles. Self-pay members enroll under a Florida Direct Health Care Agreement.
